Zendesk’s New York Showcase event is in full swing, with over 1,000 CX leaders gathering to learn more about Zendesk’s solutions, Zendesk partners, and hot button issues impacting the world of customer support and CX.
Among the announcements being made on stage at today’s event is the launch of the Zendesk Suite Ready partner program. This program is designed to help existing Zendesk Suite customers unlock even more value from their omnichannel Zendesk solution.
We’re excited to be one of the initial seven partners selected be part of this program, which allows joint customers to extend Zendesk with best of breed solutions like Stella.
Through the program, Zendesk has chosen seven vendors whose SaaS solutions integrate with and enhance the value of the Zendesk Suite. These partners are being promoted through a dedicated Suite Ready collection within Zendesk’s marketplace. Suite customers can benefit from discounted pricing on these seven solutions and add them to their Zendesk instance to unlock more features and functionality, which improves agent productivity and satisfaction.
This is the latest step in our deepening partnership with Zendesk. We were selected as one of the first partners to build an integration within Zendesk Sunshine when it was unveiled in November 2018.
